AlreadyBuilt is operated under FAMtastic Designs. The automated audit is an informational diagnostic, not a legal compliance certification or guarantee of rankings, traffic, revenue, accessibility conformance, or business results.

Scope

Each product includes only the deliverables described at checkout. Page Rescue is limited to one responsive page, one primary conversion action, one form or existing booking connection, metadata, source files, deployment to a compatible host, and one consolidated revision.

Customer responsibilities

The customer confirms that supplied text, logos, images, trademarks, and other assets may legally be used. The customer reviews all generated claims and business facts before publication.

Public website audits

The service requests only public webpages, respects reasonable request limits, blocks local and private network targets, and does not request customer passwords.

Refunds

Refund and delivery terms must be finalized before live launch. Until then, live checkout must remain disabled.
